About Tammy

Tammy has been in the fitness industry since 2013 starting out teaching Zumba® .
Since discovering the JUNGLE BODY® it escalated from there.

She passed her Exercise to Music (ETM) in November 2014 since then she has been on a fitness journey adding new classes to her offerings. At SP Athletic she wll be teaching Vypa, Body Tone, Kettlebells, KONGA® and Jungle Bums and Tums.

Tammy’s classes will get you moving and make you work hard, helping you to reach your fitness goals!

Tammy brings with her a wealth of experience and is qualified to teach TRX Suspension Training, Kettlebells, RIP’s (barbell workout) Power Step, Nutrition, Sports Nutrition as well as Pre & Postnatal Level 2.
