Stretch and flex works on active flexibility as well as stretching.  Each week the class focuses on different areas of the body to push you to be more flexible overall not just in one area.

Combining a mix of individual and partner stretches you can really feel the difference. Whether you want to improve your back flexibility, work on your splits or generally loosen up, give it a try.
