Ninja training is a session that’s based on skills to test your upper body strength, grip strength, physical and mental fitness as well as balance and co-ordination to it’s maximum.
In the session you will use equipment to try to navigate your way around the upstairs studio without your feet ever touching the floor once you have started. Have you got what it takes to complete 1 whole lap?
With equipment like rings, wall climbing handles, finger ledges, pegs, monkey bars, and ropes your entire upper body can be tested to its limits. Not forgetting the stepping stones and seesaw to test your balance. Combining these pieces together have you got the right co-ordination and timing to move from piece to piece without your feet touching the floor?
Don’t think you can do it, you’re wrong let’s start 1 piece at a time and set goals for you to become a S P Athletic ninja!
This class is for all levels; first time ninjas all the way to elite ninjas.
