This 45 minute workout combines boxing techniques with cardio and toning exercises to strengthen your whole body, increase your endurance, build muscle and boost your confidence.

The class is suitable for all levels.

You’ll soon get to know your stance, ‘straights’, ‘hooks’ and ‘uppercuts’.

What kit you'll need

We provide gloves, but if you got some, bring them along.
