Traditional yoga in hammocks
Aerial Yoga (also known as anti-gravity yoga) combines a mix of strength building and fluid moves. It is a type of yoga which uses a hammock to help perform postures that they may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the yoga mat. It combines traditional yoga with moves inspired by pilates, dance and acrobatics.
Our class is suitable for all levels, whether you’re a first time flyer or an experienced aerialist.
Each class has 1 person per hammock and 8 hammocks, meaning that there will never be more than 8 people in a session. This ensures you sufficient time to work with the instructor and practice your moves.
