Aerial Hoop

Build stamina and join the circus

Aerial Hoop combines a mix of strength building and fluid moves. Our class is suitable for all levels, whether you’re a first time flyer or an aerialist.

Each class has 2 people per hoop and only 4 hoops, meaning that there will never be more than 8 people. Ensuring you sufficient time to work with the instructor and practice your moves. Our aim is to ensure that every person gets the attention they need.

What kit you'll need

For aerial hoop we’d recommend wearing sports trousers / leggings.  If you have leg warmers bring them along too, but don’t worry if not.

As an existing ‘pole baby’ it was only natural to try out hoop.  It’s a real challenge to be on a moving piece of equipment. The class is really supportive and you will soon pick up the moves.
